Shopping through our app is an easy alternative to purchasing your skin care and beauty products in salon. It is ideal for our time poor clients, who may have run out of a product and are not due to see us for another week or so.

Any purchases made through our app will be processed from your independently owned local or preferred salon listed in the app.

What are the Shipping Rates for products purchased through the Complete Skin & Beauty app?

Complete Skin & Beauty offers a flat rate, Australia wide for all purchases made through our app or over the phone.

Flat Rate Shipping - $10 AUD

Complimentary Shipping for orders over $100 AUD

Do you offer International Shipping?

Products purchased through our app can only be delivered within Australia. You can enquire directly with your preferred salon to check if they are able to offer international shipping for you, to the location you require.

Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

Complete Skin & Beauty salons are independantly owned, and may offer different shipping methods per location.

The only service that is able to deliver to PO Box and Parcel lockers is Australia Post.

If we are unable to ship to your specified address, the team will be intouch with you to organise another shipping destination.

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email when your parcel has been dispatched, and picked up by the delivery service chosen by your preferred beauty salon. This email will contain the tracking details for your parcel, usually with expected delivery dates.

What if my order has not arrived after 7 working days?

Delivery times do vary per location. Once the parcel has been picked up by the courier service it is entirely out of Complete Skin & Beauty's control. It is important to check your parcel tracking details to know if the parcel is late. If you have any concerns with your parcel, we would be happy to help by contacting the courier company to make enquires. Please call or message the salon with whom you made your purcahse through.

Most delivery companies have estimated times for delivery, if the time listed on your parcel tracking has not passed, we will be unable to make enquires until that date has passed.

My package is being returned to you because it was refused, or undeliverable.

If your parcel is returned to us because it was refused or undeliverable, you will be required to pay any additional freight charges to have it sent back to you. If you do not wish to have the items reshipped and would prefer a refund, any shipping costs incurred by Complete Skin & Beauty (regardless of whether they were passed onto you or not) will be deducted from the refund amount.

I have lost my receipt, how to I obtain a replacement?

Please message the salon you made your purchase through, and they will happily email you another copy. You can reach your salon via the message section in the Complete Skin & Beauty app, or by calling or emailing your local salon.

Returns

At Complete Skin & Beauty we offer our clients professional recommendations for their skin care concerns with our educated beauty therapists. However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return any item in accordance with our returns policy and procedure below.

Due to the personal nature of skin care and beauty products, we are not able to accept returns for any opened or used items.

How do I return or exchange a product purchased through your app?

Please call or email the salon you purchased your products from within 7 days of receiving your order. The team will help you organise a refund or exchange for the product you purchased. Shipping costs to return the product(s) to Complete Skin & Beauty will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping costs for the orginal purchse will not be refunded.

If you require an exchange of product, you may be required to pay additional shipping charges for the items to be posted to you.

Refunds and exchanges will only occur when the orginal items (in good condition and unused/unopened) have been returned to the salon from which they were purchased. Please make sure you post them to the correct location. You should retain delivery receipts in order to provide proof to us that you have returned your products, in the event that we do not recieve the returned parcel. We cannot accept liablility for returned goods that are lost in transit.

How can I change an order I just placed on your app?

Please call the salon you made the purchase through as soon as possible to make any adjustments or to cancel an order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any adjustments. Our returns or exchange guidelines will apply as above.

I have changed my mind, can I have a refund?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Please be sure you have chosen the correct item/colour prior to making your purchase.
