Body sculpting (fat cavitation) combined with Radio Frequency skin tightening is a revolutionary new procedure that melts fat away without the extensive risk of traditional fat reduction techniques like liposuction. 

The combination of technologies melts the fat pockets that cause dimpled and lumpy skin, repositioning some of the malleable fat for a more appealing buttock contour. 

It works in three phases:  drainage, reduction and firming.  It’s non-surgical approach that uses ultrasound energy to liquefy fat cells and radio frequency energy to stimulate the production of collagen and elastin – leaving your skin looking smooth, with less visible dimpling, lumps and bumps.

Hydration is important. Consume at least 2L of water over a 24 hour period prior to treatment.  Make sure your skin is very hydrated as well, your treatment therapist can provide you with topical hydration options as part of your treatment plan.

Dry body brushing will help to remove dead skin and start the detoxification process in preparation for the cavitation treatment. It is important to follow body brushing with a nourishing treatment oil such as Jojoba oil, to ensure the skin is in good condition.

Fuel your body with healthy foods, ideally low in fat, sugar and carbohydrates at least 24 hours before the treatment.

Minimum of 30 minutes of elevated heart rate cardio or ‘fat burning’ exercise, such as a brisk walk, is required immediately following the treatment to utilise energy and ensure it’s not restored.

2L of water should be consumed within 24 hours post body sculpting treatments.

Dry body brush and moisturise daily with Jojoba oil to assist with lymphatic drainage.
