Client Loyalty Rewards
Every visit to a Complete Skin & Beauty Salon will earn you Complete Reward Loyalty Points that you can use on select services and/or products at your next visit.
Every visit to a Complete Skin & Beauty Salon will earn you Complete Reward Loyalty Points that you can use on select services and/or products at your next visit.
To thank and reward our valued clients, every client that visits a Complete Skin & Beauty Salon* is automatically enrolled in the
Complete Rewards programme where you will earn $1 for every $20 spent in salon (which equates to 20 rewards points).
Reward dollars are automatically added to your account at the end of each transaction and can be spent at subsequent visits in salon at a
maximum of $50 per transaction.
Complete Reward points are earned on all products and services, including promotions unless otherwise stated and are a perfect way to treat yourself or someone special with the more you spend, the more you can save.
Complete Rewards are not redeemable for cash or eligible for refunds. Please note Complete Rewards cannot be used to make payment for
series sale purchases.
If you, 'no show' to an appointment, by failing to attend your appointment time without letting us know, our system will clear your
Complete Rewards balance to nil. If you cannot make your treatment time, please let us know so that we cancel or reschedule your treatment
and avoid your points being cleared.
The easiest way to view and track your Complete rewards balance is to download the Complete Skin & Beauty app and link your account. Track your points and use them to try something new or to enjoy a discount on your favourite treatments and products.
From time to time, we may offer additional Reward points on service categories, specific treatments or product ranges. These offers will be communicated through our monthly offers email, or directly in salon and through our Rewards tab on the Complete Skin & Beauty App.
*This program is not available at Springfield Central salon,
as another loyalty program applies, called TreatCard. You can call the salon directly for more information.
